Chimichurri

Ingredients
  

  • ½ C parsley
  • 2 small chillies
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ C olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • pinch dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Method
 

  1. Finely chop the parsley, chillies (remove seeds) and garlic and place in a medium bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients into the bowl and combine.
  3. Allow to sit for a minimum 15 minutes before serving. Best served after 2hrs. Enjoy!
