water, depends on desired thickness
Method
Put all the ingredients into a Nutri bullet, or similar blender. Blitz until thick and smooth. Adjust consistency to your liking.
Pour into glasses. Garnish with hemp seeds and bee pollen, if desired. Enjoy!
