Shallot Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • C extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked pepper

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the shallots, garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and white wine vinegar. Slowly pour in the olive oil and whisk until the vinaigrette emulsifies.
  2. Serve immediately, or refrigerate in an air tight container or jar for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
