Olive Oil Dip

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ C parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ C parsley
  • C olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, place the chilli flakes, garlic, oregano, thyme, parmesan cheese and parsley.
  2. Pour over the olive oil, and mix well. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, to your taste. Allow to sit for up to 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
