Ginger and Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 small chillies
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Method
 

  1. Combine grated ginger, chopped chillies, tahini, rice wine vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk together whilst slowly adding in the olive oil until emulsified. Enjoy!
