Chilli Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 large cucumbers
  • 2 large chillies
  • 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Toast the sesame seeds and set aside to cool.
  2. Finely slice the cucumber and place in a mixing bowl. De seed and finely chop the chillies.
  3. Combine ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Allow to sit and flavours to mix for at least 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
